Service Policy 

PrivateTender (Mobile Bartending Service) provide service to all party coordinators (clients)  and their guest. Clients will be responsible for purchasing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages. We offer a variety of options for clients to choose from as  contribution to all events and bar services-add on items, such as ice, napkins, shot cups serve as an add-on request, and will be an additional charge. It's solely up to the Client (s) to charge guest for bar services. We will not charge guest unless we are instructed. Events less than "3 hours"  will be charged the standard rate. 

Will arrive at client (s) preferred location with bar accessories and tools needed to deliver service successfully. Our bar service provided bartending tools for mixing and serving, and garnishments. For events exceeding 50+ guest-a barback will available to assist with service.  

All assigned team members will arrive at party coordinator preferred location, approximately 45 minutes prior to event start time for preparation . Client (s) will receive notification prior to arrival. 

Cancellations are to be made prior to 24 hours of service at no additional charge. Cancellations within 24 hour window  will be charged a 30% fee.  If cancellation is made within the appropriate time period - clients will be fully refunded.  

Clients are responsible for paying the full amount prior to receiving service (event date). Payment is due by deadline to confirm service. 

Any extended durations is to be requested in advance honoring availability and service policy. Memberships with max extensions is honored upon request. On site extended service for non-members will be charged our standard rate. 

All party rentals is charged based on our hourly rental rate, including service fee. All equipment will be transported, delivered, and setup. Pick up crew will arrive to the event location 45 mins prior to break down and pick up. All extended durations must be requested in advance honoring our service policy. On site extensions will be charged an additional 15% of the standard rate. 

Additional services is available for client (s) to choose from. All services is provided as service options for a memorable experience. All services are available at a unique rate and will be charged accordingly via our site.
