Cancellation Policy

All services booked directly on the site will receive a confirmation via email and follow up call prior to event. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at-least 24 hrs in advance. Cancellations between 24 hrs and 1 hour prior to start of event will be charged a $25% fee. Cancellations less than 1 hour before event will be charged a 35% fee. Please note that clients are responsible for purchasing alcohol for service. Our mobile bartenders are dedicated to professional service behind the bar, including setup, mixing, and presentation. To enhance your drink menu, we offer a selection of signature house drinks that can be added upon request at additional cost. All bartending tools, accessories, etc are controlled and managed by the mobile bartending service. Clients have the right to charge their guest - all bar cash or debit card transactions is controlled and manage by client (customer). Open bar is by client choice during time of event. All rentals is to be returned to business. Any damages to rental property will be charged according to repair cost.Maximum service duration is 5 hours, any events booked for less than duration time will be still charged the set rate. Rentals are delivered to New Jersey residents ONLY. Any rental bookings outside of the state New Jersey or USA will be fully refunded. Refunds typically process within 2-5 business days.
